I served as the Scrum Master for one of the largest programs, where I led agile ceremonies, coached teams, and ensured the successful delivery of complex, high-impact initiatives. When I joined Thomas & Piron, the organization was operating with three Kanban teams, lacking clear priorities, structured definitions, and modern Agile practices. Over the course of my mission, I spearheaded a comprehensive Agile transformation, transitioning the teams to a Scrum framework supported by default rituals and collaborative prioritization involving Analysts (POs), Architects, and team members.
