Post go-live reconciliations and validation of migrated data. • Collaborating on the sale and merger of three legal entities from a financial perspective • Preparation of forecasts and budget for different times frames and subsequent deviation analysis. • Successful management and closure of VAT control on two fiscal years with minor immaterial findings. • Management and execution of day to day finance activities of the entities before their merger/liquidation (closing, tax filings, reporting, …).

Additionally, I led the implementation of a new Fleet Leasing Management operating system, which streamlined processes significantly.

At Les Roches Marbella I worked in financial planning and analysis, focusing on budget performance and cash flow management. My responsibilities included analyzing budget deviations monthly and reporting key figures to HQ. This role allowed me to develop strong analytical skills while contributing to the financial health of the institution.

I was responsible for preparing annual accounts and managing external audits for multiple legal entities, ensuring compliance with both Belgian and Dutch GAAP while facilitating effective communication with the KPMG audit team. Additionally, I executed monthly closings under USGAAP, contributing to accurate financial reporting and analysis. I was also part of the team implementing a new Equipment Finance Leasing Management system to streamline operations and enhance data integrity.
