– Supporting the projects' teams to fully leverage the digital architecture and CI/CD pipelines; – Collaborating with teams to ensure operational performance; – Supporting teams during development and deployments; – Solving live performance and stability issues and preventing their recurrence; – Providing recommendations to development teams based on operational analysis. During definition of product: – Providing guidelines and expertise during the conception of the product; – Providing expertise on devops tooling to ensure optimal quality and time-to-market; – Providing guidance to building an evolving containerisation and orchestration strategy; – Providing best practice devops processes alignment between products / projects. During iterations: – Ensuring availability of CI/CD tooling; – Ensuring availability of testing tooling; – Ensuring respect of principles of immutable architecture; – Providing support for the devops processes and tooling chains, troubleshooting and solving related issues;

– Supporting and advocating adoption of micro-services architecture; – Monitoring projects' environments infrastructure; – Help and guidance in debugging and performance tuning; – Ensuring proper resources allocation and usage; – Understand customer business and processes, surfacing real business needs – Build and maintain strategical, tactical and operational business relationships with customers to ensure beyond-expectations delivery of provided solutions and development of new business opportunities; – Bring ideas to life into IT systems and take care of them throughout their entire lifetime, from inception to commissioning and beyond – projects in telco, power grid, gas and electricity transport and distribution networks (mainly based on Hexagon Intergraph G/Technology), law enforcement (national police, border police, gendarmerie, ministry of internal affairs), projects with a deep GIS dimension, with solutions built from the ground up, or developed over COTS solutions via APIs; – Passionate about resurrecting "dropped-dead" systems, bringing root cause in the open; – Shaping and managing country-wide IT systems – Linux and Windows, physical / virtual architectures or cloud infrastructures (Docker containers orchestrated with Kubernetes under Rancher hood); – Design, develop, implement and maintain complex database models, administer commercial and open-source RDBMS and NoSQL clusters;

– Providing arguments for strategic top management decisions

– Supporting strategical and tactical decisions and operational investigative actions – Coordinating activities and actions of the assigned police stations

– Planning, organizing, coordinating and leading squad's missions – enforce, maintain and re-establish public order
