I bring structure where there is none, create systems that actually work, and make people and technology move in sync. I care about efficiency, but even more about creating flow ,the feeling when everything clicks and starts performing naturally.Every problem has a solution. The real challenge is finding the one that truly fits the business and the people behind iI’ve spent the past 15 years leading operations, scaling marketplaces and SaaS platforms across Europe and Sub-Saharan Africa, building frameworks that turn ideas into execution.I’m hands-on, curious, and at my best when there is movement, ambition, and just enough chaos to keep things interesting
