J'analyse pour créer de l'impact☄️ Je cherche à comprendre le problème avant de designer la solution. Vous avez un produit, un site ou un parcours qui fonctionne… mais certaines étapes génèrent trop de friction ? Abandon, faible conversion, onboarding qui ne transforme pas, fonctionnalités difficiles à comprendre, parcours trop complexes… Mon rôle est d’identifier ce qui bloque réellement les utilisateurs, puis de transformer ces insights en solutions UX/UI concrètes et testables.
