Member of the Betting squad — the core of the Betclic app — within a cross functional team of iOS, Android, web and back-end developers, a Product Owner, an Engineering Manager and a QA engineer. I worked in a structured agile environment (two-week sprints, backlog refinement, daily meetings, cross-squad demos, retrospectives), with close collaboration between the product, engineering and data teams on the most critical and most heavily used features of the platform. I also served on rotation as iOS Chapter Master: monitoring UI tests on the CI, tracking crashes through Crashlytics and running the weekly iOS chapter.

Within the agile team of the Sport business unit, made up of a PO, UX/UI, QA and developers, my role was first to grow the iOS application through the development of new features, bug fixing and stack maintenance via technical tasks. I also contributed to team life by facilitating rituals such as dailies and retrospectives.
