– Driving innovation and efficiency in data analytics for Decathlon's pricing team. – Designed and implemented the back-end for the pricing team's data model, supporting a cross-functional team of 6 data analysts, 3 BI engineers working on Tableau dashboards, and 2 data scientists by combining Kimball dimensional modeling and One Big Table (OBT) techniques to efficiently manage and analyse 1+ TB of data. – Leveraged a cutting-edge data stack—AWS, dbt, Databricks, Git, GitHub Actions, and Airflow—to deliver scalable, high-quality solutions for analytics and business decision-making. – Developed a custom Airflow library in Python, designed specifically by analytics engineers for analytics engineers, targeted to be adopted by 30+ analytics engineers across the organisation to standardise and streamline workflow automation. – Fostered collaboration and technical excellence by promoting best practices in data engineering, enabling the pricing team to make faster, more informed decisions.

– Conducted professional data training sessions for employees across various companies, empowering them with skills in data visualization, storytelling, and Tableau Software. – Delivering two-day intensive training programs from diverse industries, with session sizes ranging from 7 to 15 participants. – Taught data visualization best practices and data storytelling techniques to help participants translate complex datasets into actionable insights. – Provided hands-on training in Tableau Software, enabling attendees to create compelling dashboards and reports to drive business decisions. – Received positive feedback for fostering a practical, engaging learning environment tailored to participants' skill levels and business contexts.

– Analytics engineering – Built and scaled a data platform on Google Cloud Platform (GCP) to serve up to 300 users, enabling data-driven decision-making across the organisation. – Act as the technical lead for a team of ~10 analytics engineers, providing mentorship, code reviews, and guidance on best practices. – Participated in the hiring process for 5 analytics engineers, including interviews and onboarding to grow the team effectively. – Designed and developed 32 tables focused on invoicing and market data using dbt (Data Build Tool), improving accessibility and analysis of critical datasets. – Built and maintained the company's centralised data warehouse with ~10 foundational tables to consolidate common structural data, supporting 20+ active projects with additional integrations planned. – Data engineering – Ensured high-quality analytical outputs by implementing rigorous standards for code reviews, CI/CD pipelines, and development best practices. – Maintained and optimised the cloud architecture using dbt, GitLab CI, Kubernetes, Docker, and Argo, ensuring robust and scalable operations. – Collaborated with the Artefact director to manage the client account, overseeing deliverables, stakeholder communication, and performance metrics.

– Building of a Power BI dashboard for the performance manager in order to follow the performance of operational technicians working on the field for 3 different business units (France, Morocco and Asia).

– Development of 8 template SQL queries on BigQuery to automatically build marketing audiences. – During this mission, I was supervising an intern.

– Building of a dashboard which used 20+ data sources (470 GB) to help the client follow and control their strategy of digitilizing the company.

– Construction of 3 marketing marketing on Bigquery in the context of a 3 weeks marketing campaign which aimed to upsell the premium brand of a toothpaste in Carrefour shops.

– Worked as a Business Intelligence Analyst at GazelEnergie which is an electricity and gas provider in the French BtoB market. – Working with a portfolio (customer + prospects) including 8300 companies for a total volume of 18 TWh – Analysis of Business Performance of 5 commercial teams through 5 weekly reportings using Excel and Power BI – Continuously communicating with various teams (sales, MOA, pricing, IT, quality control) to properly follow the business performance
