As Engineering Manager I was in charge of a team of 5-7 multi-skilled members (MongoDB, NodeJs, Angular, ExpressJs, ...) working on complex web and mobile applications for different market segments: CRM, Hospitality, Leasing, HR,…). I joined Cawita as Tech lead (MEAN Stack), my main mission was to ensure the smooth functioning of technical operations, monitor and evaluate development progress. I was also in charge of technical mentoring for the other team members, assisting with training and recruitment process and ensuring customer satisfaction.
