– Network & Systems Engineering Consultant – Roland-Garros 2025 – Responsible for the design, deployment, and optimization of high-availability broadcast and streaming environments for live video production and global distribution. – Key Responsibilities: – Network integration of a new PAM/MAM platform to automate media ingest, cataloging, quality control, and editorial workflows. – Managed the migration of over 1.5 Petabytes of media archives to AWS S3 buckets, with implementation of secure IAM policies, lifecycle rules, and access controls. – Configured two redundant AWS Direct Connect links, secured via Fortigate F1800 firewalls and BGP routing, ensuring high-performance, low-latency connectivity between on-premises infrastructure and AWS. – Deployed real-time transcoding pipelines for growing MXF files to HLS streams in H.264 (10 Mbps / 30 Mbps), targeting OTT platforms and broadcast partners. – Built and maintained full-stack infrastructure monitoring dashboards using Prometheus and Grafana, enabling proactive supervision storage systems, and network links. – Oversaw the multi-platform distribution of live and near-live video feeds to Right Holding Broadcasters (RHBs) in France and worldwide, including: France Télévisions, Amazon Prime Video, Eurosport, ESPN, and others. – Technical Environment: – Cloud & Storage: AWS S3, IAM, lifecycle policies, object storage security – Networking & Security: Fortigate F1800, BGP, AWS Direct Connect, VLANs, QoS – Monitoring & Observability: Prometheus, Grafana, custom alerting & dashboards – Video Distribution: integration with RHB partner platforms
