Monthly delivery in a multi-country context (international project with deployment in 10 countries) In my role as "Project Manager", I steered the coordination of our main customer, Vodafone", while supervising the designated teams (17 members) New countries deployment on legacy SDK4 framework" project: (7 people) • Project management using Agile methodology and in charge of Smart TV delivery strategy (Samsung & LG connected TVs). • Development of new functionalities; • Software maintenance of existing deployments • Methodological evolutions to improve project quality. • Customer visits to facilitate communication and customer satisfaction. • Commercial deployment of several markets (Spain, Portugal, Romania, Czech Republic, Greece, etc.) for Samsung & LG software releases, with certification process. Migration Framework SDK 7" project: (10 people) • Definition of a Smart TV OTT MVP (Minimum Viable Product) with the customer ▻ Review of specifications, User Stories (PO), technical and functional dependencies ▻ Evaluation with the team and planning. • Customer and internal reporting to keep all parties informed of project progress. • Follow-up of test writing and execution. • Task planning and project tracking.

As “Solution Architect” & “Delivery manager”, I assist the “Customer Engagement Manager” with customer requests and ensure software maintenance for legacy customers. • Support to Netgem Europe Customer Engagement Managers • Study & integration of the Netgem solution (STB / Platform) in the customer environment. • Software maintenance and/or functional evolutions with regular deliveries (from more than 7 “legacy” Operator customers). • Reporting to R&D manager on current and future customer deployments and evolutions. • Technical referent (application) for the Netgem solution with CEMs and/or customers. • Weekly follow-up and participation in internal and external meetings (when necessary). • Closing of Netgem APAC activities.

Ooredoo (Oman): Objective: Deploy a Netgem “Full Managed” OTT Live / SVOD solution for Mobiles and Set-Top-Boxes: • Deployment of a Netgem solution with the Operations team, • Management of subcontractors for the development of a CRM, • Integration of several content providers (Eros / YuppTV / StarZ / Spuul / ALTBalaji) with different video streaming technologies (HLS-Token/Smooth-Playready) to the Netgem “Core” solution. • Solution support for the customer's technical team. • Monitoring developments with the customer's business users. These missions include several on-site missions to the customer's premises to speak with the technical and sales teams. (Sri Lanka, Australia, Oman, Dubai)

• Set Top Box integration engineer for European operators • Functional/graphical customization from the generic R&D trunk version, • Design and development of specific modules (customization of Netgem's generic nPVR application engine to make it compatible with Netia's Anevia streaming platform). • Study of customer needs and requests within the framework of CRs (“Change Request”) or Agile mode developments (Sprints delivery). • Redesign of internal Netgem functionalities for multi-client and multi-operator applications. • Customer debugging. • Participation in internal project follow-up meetings.
