1️⃣Leading Energy Transition for mobility & Hydrogen Infrastructure Projects Zero Emission Valley (ZEV) Project: In charge of the Engineering & Construction team for this landmark €50M hydrogen initiative. Deployment of 20 H2 refueling stations equipped with electrolyzers. Public Transport Energy Transition: Project management for transitioning of Diesel bus depots to CNG (Compressed Natural Gas) infrastructure. Project Direction & Governance: Overseeing multi-disciplinary operational teams while ensuring strict adherence to planning, budget, and safety milestones. Procurement & Contract Management: Orchestrated high-stake tendering processes and supplier selection. Led contract negotiations and managed strategic packages during execution. 2️⃣ Business Development: Built technical-commercial offers and maintained high-level client relationships for mobility projects. 3️⃣ Operational Leadership: Directed on-site execution teams and managed the technical interfaces between stakeholders, engineering offices, and field subcontractors.

1️⃣ Missions: Project Ringo (RTE): PMO Consultant for this innovative €80M battery energy storage initiative. Responsible for operational planning, progress tracking, and project controls. SNCF Maintenance Programs: Developed and managed operational and budgetary planning for large-scale railway maintenance projects. 2️⃣Business Development : Contributed to the strategic development of a new Owner’s Engineering service offering for the Energy and Offshore Wind sectors. Supported the preparation of public and private tenders for high-value consultancy and technical advisory missions. Methodology: Applied rigorous project management standards to ensure data accuracy in reporting and scheduling for complex infrastructure projects.

1️⃣ Major Offshore EPCI Projects: Project Engineer for 6 large-scale offshore projects (Contract values ranging from €235M to €980M). Project execution: Designed and Executed complex offshore operations with specific work scopes valued between €10M and €30M. On-site Operations: Acted as Lead Engineer during 7 offshore installation campaigns, overseeing on-vessel execution and technical coordination. Methodology & Design: Developed installation methods and engineering designs for critical subsea infrastructure according to NORSKOK and DNV standards Risk Management: Managed operational risk assessments and mitigation strategies (HAZID / HAZOP) to ensure safety in high-stakes offshore environments. 2️⃣ R&D & Innovation: Directed a high-profile basin testing project in collaboration with SINTEF to validate the hydrodynamic behavior of subsea manifold structures.

Test Bench Optimization: Conducted the technical optimization of a pyrotechnic test bench within the Pyrotechnics & Propulsion Department. Mechanical Design: Designed embedded pyrotechnic mechanisms for space applications. Technical Engineering: Followed rigorous design protocols and specialized engineering documentation for complex aerospace systems.
