Worked as mechanical engineer in several multidisciplinary teams. Design-Conception-Prototyping-Testing (Lab & Field) - Certifying & Operators Training for several projects in parallel. FlairFlex gas extractor (degasser tool for Real-time fluid logging analysis, high tier product - constant volume, temperature and pressure): Objectives: ● Create a new high tier degasser with low maintenance and high reliability ● Reduce the number of operators needed to run the product ● Reduce rig-up time of the equipment Realization: ● Design of the degasser : management of M-Cad designers working on SolidWorks ● Validation of the manufacturing product file ● Redaction of certification documents (ATEX, IECEX, CE) ● Creation of test bench and procedures to ensure a constant quality of the product ● Assembled the first prototypes then followed the suppliers and contractors for the manufacturing of the first series ● Trained the operators for the field test → Product commercialized New Gas analyzer: Chromatograph of new generation (PureFlex) Objectives: ● Create a new chromatograph completely unmanned and remote controlled ● Improve the quality of the measure compare to the old chromatographs ● Improve the modularity and the sampling time of the product Realization: ● Design of the chromatograph: management of one M-Cad designer working on CREO ● Validation of the manufacturing product file ● Followed manufacturing of the tool by suppliers ● Realized the first long time field test of the product on a rig Auto-Calibrator (tool for automatic calibration for gas chromatograph): Objectives: ● Defined a new design and replace obsoletes parts ● Improve the reliability ● Improve the manufacturability Realization: ● Design of the Autocalibrator: management of one M-Cad designer ● Improvement of the manufacturing product file ● Followed the assembly of the first prototype by the suppliers ● Creation of test bench to ensure a constant quality of the product → Product commercialized

Developed a prototype for a field use. 6-month project under professorial supervising. Use of Catia and Abaqus software.

Designed and tested a cable drive prototype which allows to reduce by 75% the distance between two units on an oil rig.

Designed a Roman theatre machine with CATIA software to confirm archeological evidences.
