Innovation project manager. On a project that I successfully led from its genesis to its completion, I was led to imagine new concepts, design an innovative architecture, write the product specifications and lead its realization until its launch into production. My truly transversal role allowed me to meet customers, suppliers but also banks, Schemes, certification laboratories, PCI auditors and players in the electronic payment world, which today gives me a complete vision of the field. During this project, I also had to estimate the costs, design the schedules, manage and allocate resources, organize training, ensure the implementation of good development and unit testing practices, and finally regularly communicate the progress of the project to management.
