POC IA & Microsoft 365 - Assistant documentaire sécurisé RAG : Conception et développement d’un démonstrateur d’assistant documentaire sécurisé pour environnement Microsoft 365, permettant d’interroger des documents internes en langage naturel tout en respectant les droits d’accès utilisateurs. • Développement d’une application Python / Streamlit basée sur une approche RAG locale. • Indexation de documents PDF, Word, Excel et texte avec découpage en chunks, embeddings locaux via Ollama et génération de réponses sourcées. • Mise en place d’un modèle de permissions par groupes, inspiré des logiques Microsoft 365 / SharePoint, avec filtrage des documents avant recherche sémantique. • Ajout d’un cycle de vie documentaire depuis l’interface : upload, tagging automatique des permissions, suppression sécurisée et réindexation du corpus. • Amélioration de la recherche multilingue : documents français/anglais, ranking hybride embeddings + mots-clés + nom de fichier, réponse dans la langue de la dernière question. • Rédaction d’une documentation technique complète : architecture, pipeline RAG, modèle de sécurité/permissions, guide d’installation et configuration. • Objectif : démontrer la faisabilité d’un assistant documentaire interne, sécurisé, local et aligné avec les enjeux de gouvernance M365.

– Led an end-to-end migration from Microsoft Teams to SharePoint Online: project scoping, content analysis, pilot execution, large-scale rollout, and post-migration validation, ensuring data integrity and business continuity – Designed and delivered a production-ready Azure OpenAI POC integrated into an existing Python front-end, enabling Al-driven document ingestion without predefined SharePoint metadata – Implemented intelligent document upload workflows: automatic document analysis, dynamic metadata suggestions with user validation, and automated routing to target SharePoint libraries – Developed a cross-SharePoint semantic search engine powered by Azure OpenAl, including relevance scoring, automatic summaries, and direct access to documents – Adopted a pragmatic, user-centric approach by abstracting SharePoint complexity from end users, minimizing change management and accelerating adoption

– Led the multi-tenant Microsoft 365 convergence strategy toward a single target tenant within a complex multi-entity environment – Designed and implemented cross-tenant collaboration (Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive) to enable seamless inter-company collaboration ahead of full tenant-to-tenant migration – Harmonized Microsoft 365 governance across tenants, covering security, usage policies, and provisioning rules – Defined shared best practices to prepare and de-risk a future tenant-to-tenant migration – Acted as a strategic advisor and coordinator for internal stakeholders, aligning technical, security, and organizational requirements.
