Piloted the “upstream traceability, and product environmental footprint” program, establishing the traceability of Dior’s 500+ suppliers, and calculating the environmental footprints to satisfy the European norms (AGEC, PEF, CSRD ...) ● Drew the plans of MVP, intermediate and target architectures to integrate both new tools in the company’s and group’s architecture landscape ● Redacted the RFP for PEF calculator and traceability platform, selected and interviewed the 12 companies selected to participate in the RFP ● Audited current organization and practices, and designed the governance and tools to put into place

Implementation of a PCM based on Hybris, to cover the e-commerce product feed. Project management with the development team. Hired as a developer initially, to develop the company's own payment server, leveraging SMS payment methods. Quickly moved to management, managing up to 6 developers, building various assets, like the company's own CRM system, based on leveraging customer data to create upsell/ cross sell campaigns and optimize the revenue. I also set up the BI technical stacks, to leverage the data collected to calculate ROI generated by the activities.

As a junior developer, I initially developed a mobile advertisement server, from scratch (3 million hits / day as of march 2010) I also worked on various CRM / Business intelligence solutions (Talend Open Studio / Jasper Reports, plus in house php solutions) I also worked on the company's technical SMS platform, to create crm campaigns, in France and Mexico. Technical connections to sms operators in France and Mexico, connection to sms brokers. Finally, I worked on Merchant web sites, wap / mobile sites as well as DRM on windows / mobile phones
