Within the "DSI" department: Management of cross-functional projects, mainly in the software domain.

– I worked for a RAS program (Termination, Renonciation, Suspension) of policies. As a functionnal analyst, I had to analyse and implement some interfaces between the Mainframe and the domain/application API's. – The goal was to allow brokers and bank agents to access a web interface to introduce a RAS by themselve. – I also took the test management of this program and helped to coordinate/manage the development's teams. – In parallel I leaded some projects, mainly regarding some links and flow's automations between some online applications platforms (Webinar and Seminar), Microsoft Sharepoint and Dynamics custom applications, custom CMS.

– Policy: it consists to made all the ETL and prepare Data for the Business Reporting Unit (BR). BR has to see a picture of the Policy giving a range of time so it was a multi temporal flow to construct. I was working for the Work Assistance Kernel wich has the more detailed data grain. – Premium : the Acounting Unit of Ethias has to decommission its application to close its accounting year (for non-life premiums issued and premiums acquired). So, we had to made all the flow by consolidating Data from cash register and production register and making the right formulas to allow Ethias to close its accounting year based on what our team (3 peoples) has worked on. This project has been a big success (and by the way, the most important for Ethias in the BI domain).

– Managing the new AWS Dataplatform implementation within the IT Transformation Team and the SMART Meters program. – Participation, help to choose the right architecture and tools during brainstormings with some suppliers and the IT Transformation colleague's (some seniors architects and high tech specialists); – Coordination of all the stakeholders (internals and externals) and daily follow up of the teams ; – Following the scope, planning, budget and reporting to the management; – Managing risks ; – Managing changes, priorisations, budget approbation; – Setting up the governance model and the documentation. – Managing the CSC of a customer Web Portail – Writing the CSC in coordination with ORES ; – Reviewing the scope after RESA decided to act alone ; – Writing all the annexes ; – Budget estimation ; – Coordination of all the stakeholders; – Definition and follow up of the roadmap ; – Analysis of the applications, responding to all the questions ; – Analysis of the offers, matrix comparison and quality cotation. – Coordination of the MDMS (Meter Data Management System) CSC – Help to finalyse all the documents ; – Coordination of all the stakeholders; – Follow up of the roadmap; – Analysis of the applications, responding to all the questions ; – Analysis of the offers, matrix comparison and quality cotation. – Coordination of the Customer Satisfaction CSC – Analysis of the offers, matrix comparison and quality cotation.

– Managing the implementation of a Data Warehouse (On-premise) to the Azure Cloud (Data, DB, ETL and BI tools). – Governance and implementation of the Azure Platform : – Architecture implementation ; – Ingestion, data consuming according GDPR ; – Managing the components "Azure as a service" ; – Metadata managing. – Managing, implementation of a POC arround the car connectivity subject – Architecture implementation ; – Retrieve raw data through a "Dongle" that is installed in the OBD port of the vehicles; – Data decoding and storage into the Azure platform (Data Lake Storage); – Retro-engineering; – Data analysis using Power BI. – Taking part to the implementation of the Scrum methodology within the team.
