• Provide work scheduling, coordination and planning support to ensure effective project execution within a variety of operational environments. • Evaluate and prioritizes work orders, service and maintenance requests and assigns to work teams in accordance with applicable guidelines and situational awareness. • Develop an accurate work schedule and utilizes work control methods that support operational effectiveness. • Communicate schedule updates with functional leaders as necessary to obtain information, provide schedule updates and maintain operational effectiveness. • Monitor actual performance against plan and evaluates variances; adjusts schedule and operations as necessary, communicates changes and proposed mitigation plans to functional leads and site management. • Coordinate work plan with other ongoing site activity, materials and personnel availability, and changing operational priorities; revises work plan and communicates updates as appropriate. • Provide planning, scheduling and control recommendations and support to operational leadership. • Lead initiatives or informal work teams as directed by management. • Create new Preventive Maintenance (PMs) as per Job Plans • Update information on existing PMs (lead time, frequency, job plans, etc)  • Add/remove assets and locations from routes • Creation of new routes  • Re-sequence of existing routes  • Creation of new locations and/or update of existing locations  • Upload PM assets as per Crafts/Trades' requests  • Decommissioning of PM assets  • Movement or update of locations for PM assets • Run KPIs reports and communicate findings to department managers and supervisors  • Document Data Management  • Reporting

- Actively participate as a member of a teaching team. - Attend and contribute to relevant meetings. - Collaborate with academic colleagues on program development and curriculum changes. - Attend and contribute to subject group meetings. - Communicate information and ideas to students. - Produce materials that support learning.

- Assistant in charge of monitoring and evaluation of actions in Rural Areas (peasant milieu). - Develop and oversee data flow pattern for the program that will ensure timely data collection and reporting. -Provide leadership and direction on M&E to ensure the program achieves its goals and corresponding objectives and targets. -Conduct targeted evaluations and operations research, including design, data collection, management and analysis.
