My mission at Sephora has evolved from Android technical leadership to Applied AI and internal agentic platform development. AI Developer | January 2026 – Present Designed and operate the Internal Product & Commerce Intelligence Platform, an operational internal agentic platform supporting investigations into product, campaign and cross-market inconsistencies across enterprise systems. Translate investigation needs from Product, E-commerce, Operations, Marketing and Engineering into workflows that correlate evidence and support operational decisions. Combine enterprise knowledge retrieval, structured data, APIs and agent tool orchestration to detect inconsistencies, produce diagnoses and provide supporting evidence and provenance. Integrate human validation into investigation workflows and require human approval before sensitive actions. Use evaluation results, workflow observability and observed failure modes to improve retrieval, tool use and investigation quality. Continuously enhance the platform through internal user feedback and the progressive integration of additional tools, data sources and safeguards. Android Tech Lead | January 2022 – January 2026 Led 9 Android developers working on Sephora’s applications deployed across Europe. Coordinated delivery with iOS, backend, QA, design, Product Owners and business teams. Owned Clean Architecture/MVVM, modularisation and technical debt management. Established code review, testing and delivery standards; mentored engineers and handled production incidents. Delivered key customer-facing features and supported new-market integration for One App. Led feasibility studies, estimates and technical scoping. Technologies and practices AI: Python, enterprise APIs, RAG, retrieval, tool orchestration, evaluation, observability and human-in-the-loop workflows. This mission is carried out within the Innovation Business Unit (BUINNOV). The work is done in agility (SCRUM) with a team of developers (system, back and front, UX/UI designer, data analyst, dev iOS, PO), apprentices, product owner and scrum master. The work is confidential and is subject to patents. The business field is that of biometric identity, authentication systems, physical identity documents, travel experience etc. I mainly worked on the following projects: OneId and INWallet. • Designing innovative solutions has problems around the theme of travel. • Manage the brainstorming and ideation sessions around the technique and the profession. • Supervising the work of developers by doing code reviews, validating merge requests and performing functional tests. • Carrying out the techno watch and motivating the team to improve their skills. • Writing patents and CIR sheets for POCs. • Organizing demonstrations at the end of sprints and take stock of the work in order to improve the team's performance. Within the Transaction department of BNP Real Estate, the mission is carried out with a team composed of three developers, a project manager, a tester, integrator, system admin and MOA. The project, on which this mission is focused, is called Praxis. It is a project that aims to adapt, migrate and internationalize a real estate offer management application called eSelect. This application allows users (real estate and commercial agents) to manage, search, display, categorize and send real estate offers for sale or rental of land, buildings, offices etc. The work consisted of the following: • Migration of eSelect from Angular 5 to Angular 7. • Implementation of an internationalization mechanism (i18n) in order to reach the global market. • Transformation of the back layer (hibernate/ EJB model) to adapt to new international needs. • Redesign of the database (Postgres) to meet new internationalization needs and new features added. • Modification of the architecture and Webservices to make a direct link with the enterprise ESB. • Creation of an accompanying application to the website using React Native. This application is hybrid and includes the integration of Webviews. • Work in TDD to ensure robustness and testability of the code. • Ensure the continuous integration of the project with GitLab and Jenkins. The mission is to create (from scratch) a city parking application (CityZen). This application is a component of a larger solution dedicated to city services. CityZen mainly helps users find the nearest parking, book it and pay for it by the minute. It notifies users of the parking status in real time and informs them of fines, tickets and any other service related to parking. It also makes it possible to manipulate retractable terminals, find and pay for electric charging stations and alert users of any important information about their journey (works, pollution alert, free parking nearby, etc.). Finally, it offers the possibility of interacting with a chatbot that answers all questions relating to its services.

Manage my research project in order to propose and develop technical (prototype and results) and scientific (formalization and validation) solutions to the problems encountered in my thesis ("Long Life Application dedicated to smart-*") while respecting the ethics, methodology and innovative spirit of research. The proposed solution is a mobile, distributed, context-sensitive application dedicated to the connected world of users. This application exploits the power of the IoT to enrich the dynamism (mobility, sensitivity-context) of the user experience by offering the right features at the right time.

Manage an engineering end-of-studies project (PFE), which presents technical and scientific issues, working in parallel with the two laboratories involved in the project. Develop a graphical editor (web) as well as a code generator (integrated as Eclipse plugin) to allow the modeling/generation/execution of Android applications, distributed, and based on software components.

Development of 4 applications under android (Alpha Gun, Alpha Gun Pro, Alpha Clock, Alpha Clock Pro) that are published on Google Play Store.

Development of a smart alarm on Android.
