Role : • GDPR compliance auditor, in the frame of a compliance assessment of the La Poste Group datalake Missions / Achievements : • Organize the audit process concerning 150 use cases (RH, Finance, Customer, Support functions scope) • Technical, security, legal, governance and organizational aspects reviewed during the audit • Operational interviews with use cases referents, DPO team, product owners, data managers and technical teams • Specific technical controls and analysis on : o personal data identification / data classification in datasets o data minimisation / data flow and dataset usage o data protection rules definition and implementation o authorization analysis / access review • Remediations definition (short and long-term perspectives) / operational implementation support / actions follow up with business and technical stakeholders • Capitalization in the group data catalog (Collibra tool)

Roles : - IT representative and responsible within Solvay worldwide Data Protection and Privacy Office (X-functional team ensuring group privacy compliance for GDPR/LGPD/PIPL/Russia privacy law…) - Data privacy and compliance referent within the IT community Missions / Achievements : - Data privacy : • Privacy by Design enforcement / Projects and initiatives reviews (technical, organizational, and legal aspects) / Risk assessments • Security measures level definition, review and analysis of IT tools to ensure compliance • IT teams training / E-learning creation (+600 trainees) + dedicated live sessions • Communication and awareness : creation of the group privacy compliance intranet • Exercise Of Rights management • Close collaboration with legal experts, cybersecurity team, HR community, concerning Data Protection Addendum, Transfer Impact Assessment, Data Protection Impact Assessment, and processings register management (Adequacy/Infothep tool)) - Data retention : • Creation of the group data retention policy, operational guidelines (process and governance), and data retention schedule - Data classification : • Process set up and deployment to identify confidential information and define securing priorities. Collaboration with GBUs and Corporate Functions, support to data security champions and data owners - other regulations : • Export Control IT coordinator : within a global program, ensure IT compliance for data encryption and access management (in line with ITAR, EAR and dual-use export regulations and expectations)

Master Data processes and solutions implementation (customers and products) for Sanofi - Organisation and securing of the delivery in fixed price mode - Responsible of staffing, planning, financial health of projects - Customer relationship management with the Head of Master Data (USA) and systems/solution owners (France/Brazil/USA/Japan) - MDM team management / 15 people (Project managers, functional and technical experts) in France and Spain
