𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬: • Ensuring the quality of an API product • Lead the QA team, ensuring close collaboration with the product team and development team • Responsible for the testing process and product quality management • Create a customized training path for QA skills development 𝐀𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐯𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬: • Lead the QA squad (3 QAs) • Establish a test strategy to cover the product • Align QA best practices as a technical referent: Clean Code, Code Review, 3 amigos, BDD writing • Participate in various Agile ceremonies • Animate team meetings • Organize and plan the different test phases according to resource constraints • Propose processus improvements 𝐓𝐨𝐨𝐥𝐬 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐞𝐧𝐯𝐢𝐫𝐨𝐧𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭: Agile method, Jira, Confluence, Cucumber tool, Gherkin language, Cypress (javascript / typescript), Postman
