In Accenture, I played a key role in the transition of Application – Services of the clients in the domain of Telecommunication and Automobile from Client location to Accenture Delivery Center. They were critical projects where we were providing 24*7 support and maintenance to the client working on live production environment. I was responsible for Incident Management. I resolved the problems / tickets of the client within the agreed Service Level Agreement (SLA) and was also involved in value addition activities like automations, increasing productivity and delivering high performance. My main tasks involved : Incident, problem & change management and backlog analysis. Analysis of client requirements and creating technical design. Involved in Installation, configuration of SQL Server 2008 on Windows 7. Created packages using multithreading enabling the parallel processing property of SSIS. Created SSIS packages to load data into staging table and data mart and also performed logging in SSIS packages to capture error data and for error handling. Created cubes having multiple fact tables and dimension tables and created calculated columns using named query and named calculation property of SSAS. Created different kind of reports like cascading prompts, Drilldown reports, Drill through Reports, Parameterized reports, Sub reports and charts in SSRS 2008R2.
