As a Shopify Web Designer, my responsible for designing and optimizing user-friendly Shopify storefronts that enhance the customer journey and increase conversion rates. I create design for 36 hours include high fidelity, prototyping, and CRO Audit. The Viralist Group is a leading influencer marketing agency dedicated to helping top influencers secure brand partnerships and collaborations. We specialize in connecting influencers with the right brands to create meaningful and impactful campaigns. My responsibilities include designing intuitive UI/UX by conducting user research and usability testing to ensure the designs meet user needs for our influencer management platform and landing pages, enhancing user interaction and satisfaction. BIG IO is an information technology consulting company that implements digital transformation for organizations and businesses through the development and integration of software products. My responsibilities include: As a UI/UX Designer, I conduct user research through in-depth interviews with our clients on features and the product itself and analyze the research results. I work alongside the Project Owner to brainstorm solutions to the problems that clients face and turn these into designs (mobile and web). uWave App is also Singapore's fastest-growing Gen Z platform. Our team has vast experience in building community platforms and understands how to build and engage communities. I conduct user research on features and the product itself, analyze the research results, and turn them into solutions such as designs (mobile and web). This includes all the components of design like icons, illustrations, and motion design using Lottie files. I also collaborate with developers to implement these designs.
