As IT Infra Program / Project Manager, Robert is responsible for a wide range of projects related to ICT infrastructure within different domains like • Monitoring o Selection of a global observability tool (Dynatrace) • Core Infrastructure o Lifecycle Management Windows / Linux Servers environment (& Storage) • Security o Implementation of MS Defender for Windows Platform o EDR CrowdStrike for Linux Platform o Ransomware • Move IT Infrastructure from a location to another in project mode (eg: MC Namur) • OutSystems Platform (Project Manager for an overall External Audit) • Implementation of MS Entra External ID as IDP • Tools: O365 - Jira

As IT Project Manager, Robert was responsible for the migration of international File Servers to Cloud - SharePoint online for +/- 50 Sibelco sites across Europe / Asia / North & South America. Responsible of a project team (inshore & nearshore – 5 to 7 people)

As IT Project Manager & Application Manager, Robert was responsible for several front-end (in store) applications and/or services. (Like: Electronic Shelf Label – “Pricer” – “Hanshow”, Self Scan System, Scales, Customer Invoices, Labo owner, ...) All those applications / services are specific and sometime complex, using high technology, each time with the involvement of several parties, internal and external. Objectives here are to go through all those complexities end-to-end, from the initial business requirement until the final implementation in all stores / brands. Afterwards, the Life-Cycle-Management phase could start including Support Model, SLA, Change Management, etc…

1) Service Manager - Act as Service Manager for several Main Infrabel Program and some transversal Service Traffic Management Customer & Product Incident Risk & Safety Sharepoint Business Intelligence - Active participation in the process of setting a Transformation Plan for the Service Management Team in all areas (Service, Customer, Commercial & Supplier Management) - Consolidation of KPIs information - Service Review Meeting in the scope of the Service Management Governance - Steerco – active participation to present the monthly report 2) Application Manager (Project Leader – TransIT-Maintenance) - Definition of new Change Management process for evolutive and corrective Maintenance - Put in place a phased deployment plan including communication plan - Highlight risks cross-over TransIT - Pilot phase in place until the end of the year (acting as Change Manager @interim) - Definition of new Incident Management process - Align all new process with the ChangeIT! Program and with the Supplier - Steerco – active participation to present the progress report.

Support GME National Sales Companies (NSC) to roll-out Portal / Delegated Security (Strategic Web Security system) to all retailers around the European region (+/-30 Countries and +/- 3000 Retailers) Including several phases like preparation, pilot, roll-out and follow-up/solving issues during the deployment in each country.
