I was responsible for the design, operation, and security of the IT infrastructure. I worked as a network administrator and managed a hybrid Active Directory environment, spanning on-premises and cloud platforms, including identity, access management, and integration between environments. I also ensured the implementation of security best practices and contributed to strengthening the overall security posture of the infrastructure. I handled IT support and incident response, ensured service continuity, and led internal IT projects from planning to deployment, coordinating closely with external partners. In parallel, I owned compliance and security governance topics, ensuring alignment with ISO 27001 controls and preparing the organization for NIS2 requirements. To improve operational efficiency and reduce manual workload, I implemented process automation using Python and Power Automate, and optimized project and workflow management through SharePoint-based automation.

During my internship, I worked under the supervision of a senior IT professional, gaining hands-on experience in network administration and IT asset management. I provided helpdesk support, maintained IT systems, and contributed to process automation using PowerShell. I also automated workflows by extracting data from the Odoo ERP system with Python and processing it using PowerShell, improving efficiency and reducing manual tasks.
