In charge of the Foundation’s full digital communication strategy: grew Instagram to 30K+ followers, rebuilt the website with enhanced UX and SEO, and supported the international press relations. Project Manager – Sigg Art Prize 2024/2025: led the coordination of this international art prize highlighting artists working at the intersection of history, technology, and innovation. Oversaw jury management, artist relation, and logistics. Project Manager – ArtMeta Basel Digital Art Fair: managed 20+ artists, curatorial coordination, VIP guests management, and operational support. Communication Lead – Arts AlUla Residency Programme (2024): led the digital communication strategy for a two-month residency in AlUla, Saudi Arabia, focused on Heritage & Innovation (Curator: Ludovic Delalande)

Led the strategy and execution across all digital communication channels, achieving +800% growth on X (Twitter). Authored and edited high-performing technical content, translating complex Web3 concepts (DePIN, DeAI, DeSci, RWAs, subnets...) into clear narratives tailored to a B2B and VC-savvy audience. Conducted daily strategic investment portfolio monitoring to identify key milestones, amplify news, and support founders through content and ecosystem visibility.

L’Oréal Luxe - YSL Beauty Loyalty innovation: supporting on the advancement of the global loyalty strategy, including new innovative projects within the loyalty 2.O frame (transaction-based program) and the expansion of loyalty 3.O (web3-based program). Web3 upskilling: support on the global education strategy on web3 to upskill internal stakeholders and expand our external thought leadership on the topic Process optimization: prepare for the onboarding of local markets to become more engaged and involved in the web3 roadmap, and how the international hub can streamline the operational workload of the topic Activation roadmap: support on the project management of loyalty & web3 activations to further engage our customers. UI/UX: optimize all customer-facing web3 touchpoints to increase adoption and boost the quality of the UI to be further within the brand DNA.
