Lead a team of 4 tasked to modernise a real time online tournament system for 1000+ teams per event. Previously, lead a team of 3 to develop a training solution for millions of gamers, gathering their performance in their favorite competitive game to improve. Defined the company's culture and identity with the CTO. Reviewed and interviewed future hires for the technological department.

Developed an all-in-one solution for gamers to compete, train and track their progress in their favorite games, from scratch after previous unsuccessful attempts from previous teams and almost reaching bankruptcy. Led to raising 2m€, followed by 5.5m€ more a year later.

Coordinated and developed a cloud based solution for sharing medical images and files, featuring speech to text, peer sharing for cross examination and was fully integrated in the in-house medical image reading software "Workstation" and interfacing with the in-house MammoScreen™ neural-network.

Developed a medical cloud interfacing with in-house deep learning algorithms. Maintained and migrated a DICOM image viewer desktop client, called "Workstation", to web client as well as streaming client (for small devices).
