• Participated in Microsoft’s 3-month Generative AI Program alongside my product management role at Revers.io, gaining in-depth expertise in AI technologies and their practical applications within SaaS products. • Led the development of AI-powered diagnostic trees, collaborating with a cross-functional team to implement generative AI within Azure. Reduced repair diagnostics creation from hours to seconds, enhancing user experience and simplifying technician workflows through automated synthesis generation. • Implemented multiple AI endpoints using PromptFlow and Azure OpenAI Studio, including file information synthesis, spare part type recommendations, and AI-driven classification, reducing manual inputs. • Delivered a high-impact demo to over 200 industry professionals at Microsoft, showcasing the integration of generative AI into Revers.io’s Repair SaaS, highlighting improvements in after-sales operations and customer satisfaction. • Engaged in workshops on advanced AI topics such as Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), LLM usage, MLOps, and the challenges of deploying AI in production, applying these insights to ensure scalability and reliability in a real-world environment.

• Developed a self-funded company and grew revenue from €0 to €2M+ while studying by selling private label products on Amazon Europe • Crafted and optimized product offers by analyzing market demand through tools like Jungle Scout & H10 combined with deep competitor review analysis. Crypto Planet was a DApp at the intersection of CryptoKitties (NFT game) and Forest (an app that allows you to stay focused) that allowed you to "boost and fusion" your NFTs by spending focused time on important tasks of your everyday life. • Scoped out features, created basic Figma wireframes, and built a short term product roadmap • Wrote, deployed and tested Solidity (ERC-721) smart contracts on ethereum blockchain • Developed a flask python server as back-end & HTML/CSS/JS stack to manage front end

• Launched a new custom pet design venture based on customer & market analysis and achieved 20K€ in sales • Imagined and developed a process that automated the operational pipeline using Integromat, APIs & basic Python scripts that allowed to save 50 hours of manual work monthly • Recruited and organized a remote team composed of 3 talented graphic designers • Analyzed users behaviors in HotJar and metric tracking in Google Analytics to optimize customer experience and conversion rate • Stopped the project because CPAs were very high and the goal was to be profitable and didn't have the "passion" to push forward
