During these years I built a solid experience working for several busy and notorious establishments/restaurateurs, such as chef Marianne Lumb (Marianne Restaurant, BBC’s Professional Masterchef, BBC’s ‘Saturday Kitchen Live’) or Tom Conran (The Blue Bird, Michelin Bibendum). Working in these fast-paced environments led me to develop a strong skillset essential to that industry: multi-tasking, interpersonal skills, attention to detail, teamwork , problem-solving, communication.
