• Managed technical BI projects for pharmaceutical leading company (≈500M€ Revenue) >> Coordinated and implemented Salesforce Analytics dashboards to monitor French Market business performance (Volumes, Revenue, DN, Sales Rep activity, Incentives)

• Monitored logistics flow improvement projects: streamlined storage slots, rolled out returnable packaging to limit the use of disposable cardboards and decrease the amount of waste, replaced the old metallic packaging to set up “new generation” boxes, implemented tools to calculate logistics loops, managed packaging inputs and outputs, improved follow-up and cost-effectiveness processes • Defined and implemented packaging by analysing various indicators (procurement, quality, production, process engineering, supply planning), for new tractor development projects (prototypes, pre-serial), serial modifications, or parts contractualized with extra UE suppliers (China, India, Turkey). • Coordinated SAP mobile app development projects, in collaboration with Claas IT System Department in Germany, in order to implement a Lean Management process to manage the missing parts requests within the plant (follow-up of the departure of the part from the supplier to the production provision in our assembly line), and the just-in-sequence processes for engines and front axles (-> ≈ 20% of cost reduction in 6 months).

• Managed before, during and after 6 Italian and French premium cycling events a permanent and temporary team of around 150 people • Hired temporary team, booked staff accommodation, rented vehicles, organised team transport, managed catering and meals, ordered staff clothes, wrote internal communication documents (Google Maps, Roadbooks, Contact Cards), prepared work contracts, apprehended insurance issues (French Cycling Federation permits) • Handled payments and followed-up finances by checking invoices and validating expenses compared to the forecasted budget for each event • Streamlined and improved processes by automating files thanks to algorithms (VBA, Javascript)

• Designed and manufactured a prototype of an autonomous mechanism leading compliance tests for sports facilities • Managed a group of 6 students

• Performed legal audits of statutory and consolidated accounts of banks, insurance and services companies, and made constructed analytical reviews of the financial statements • Checked financial communication, evaluated the client’s financial control and identified process inefficiencies • Participated in improving audit process with regards to internal innovation
