About me
Intro
HR Profissional / Customer Service / Philosopher/ Freelance Artist. I believe that good HR is both a science and an art: it's about understanding people, creating experiences, and aligning talent with purpose. Whether I'm shaping onboarding processes, developing leadership programs, or illustrating a new perspective on work culture (literally and figuratively), my goal is always the same: helping people and organizations grow, adapt, and thrive. Let's create something meaningful together!
