As a QA Automation Engineer, I work exclusively with front-end automation using Selenium and Java on a web project for the insurance client Generali Tranquilidade. The workfl ow consists of receiving test scenarios created by the manual testing team, manually analyzing the requested fl ow, and then automating it.

As a Software Quality Consultant, I worked for Agap2 IT Portugal (Moongy Group) with the French client Ceva Logistics, one of the largest logistics companies in the world. I worked horizontally across three squads, performing both manual and automated end-to-end (E2E) testing using JavaScript and the Cypress framework on a web application. My responsibilities also included test planning, creating scenarios to validate all business rules, regression testing, defect management, visual testing focusing on system layout, version control with Git, and log analysis using Sentry. During this time, I worked on-site for one year in Porto, Portugal, and the remainder remotely from Brazil.

I performed both manual and automated testing on the mobile app for Android and iOS, test planning, creating scenarios to validate business rules, bug management, and task management using the Kanban methodology.

I worked on the client Porto Seguro insurance company performing the following activities: Manual Tests, Rest API automation with Java, front end automation with Cypress. Api tests with Postman, Conducting manual tests, Scrum

During this period, I contributed to two distinct clients: BBCE, a Brazilian energy trading company, and Banco BMG, a physical and digital bank. For the BBCE client, I worked on a web platform for energy trading, where my responsibilities included conducting manual testing and end-to-end (E2E) automation using JavaScript and the Cypress Framework, test planning and execution, the creation of test cases in Gherkin language, and API testing using Postman. For the Banco BMG client, I participated in testing the Chatbot service, where the goal was to validate all possible scenarios in the virtual assistance, ensuring that questions and answers effectively helped customers. My responsibilities included developing and executing manual tests on the Chatbot's virtual assistant, test planning and creating test cases based on Gherkin language, as well as API testing using Postman.

Allocated in the BS2 Bank, I worked on the tests of the digital bank app, performing manual tests, API tests with the SoapUI tool and creating test scenarios from user stories.

1 month temporary project on app and website integration between Hertz and Localiza performing manual exploratory tests on Android/iOS app and mobile website.

At attps, I worked on modules such as Payment Systems, Loans, Cards, Pension, Treasury, and Controllership. My activities included manual testing, creation of test cases, automated testing on desktop systems using the WinRunner tool, and on web systems using Selenium WebDriver and C#. I also performed environment configuration and mass data generation in SQL databases, version control and release for clients, as well as defect management and the creation of test documentation.

At Pontomobi, formerly known as Aorta Entretenimento, I worked on various projects across different sectors, including marketing companies, breweries, newspapers, web radios, pizzerias, food companies, postal services, gastronomy, weather forecasting, and more. My activities included manual testing on mobile applications, web applications, and games (iOS, Android, Windows Phone, Amora). I published applications on their respective stores: Google Play, App Store, and WPStore. I recorded and managed defects using the Mantis tool, executed regression, functionality, exploratory, and usability tests, and created test evidence documents and test plans. Additionally, I conducted retesting of errors and improvements.
