I am currently leading Polyglot Group’s HR services across France and Spain including the management of a Junior HR Generalist. My role is to support both local and global HR teams and managers in time of growth and expansion. To this end, I oversee compliance with legislation, support the development and implementation of HR initiatives and processes, and ensure outstanding employee engagement, from onboarding, to performance management to exit. As Covage’s main point of contact for over 450 employees, my role consisted in supporting managers and team members in their everyday HR issues whilst also managing an HR apprentice. Some of my key responsibilities were to ensure the compliance of policies and procedures and the management of employees’ relations to ensure employees’ wellbeing and overall company’s performance. I also led the implementation of diverse HR projects such as HRIS and the transition to a new payroll system. CCN: télécoms.

My role at Total focused extensively on employees’ experience. As such, I used to work closely with managers to assist them on various HR topics such as hiring processes, onboarding and induction, performance and change management as well as overall employees’ engagement.

As an HR advisor at Polyglot Group, my responsibility was to guide and advise a portfolio of 5 international businesses on a broad range of HR matters from immigration projects to onboarding and induction to employment contracts.
