Personal Data Governance & Collibra • Identification and inventory of Personal Data across Customer, Finance, Digital and HR domains. • Development of a Personal Data classification framework to standardize the identification and qualification of relevant business attributes. • Structuring of a repository containing more than 1,600 identified Personal Data items. • Extraction of Collibra data through Dataiku to analyze and improve the reliability of business attributes. • Execution of data quality controls on the repository: duplicates, missing values, inconsistencies and incomplete mappings. • Update of business attributes in Collibra based on quality checks and business validations. • Contribution to the redesign of the Personal Data glossary to ensure a consistent, readable and up-to-date repository. • Organization of validation meetings with Data Offices, DPOs and business teams; preparation of supporting materials, consolidation of feedback and follow-up on outstanding actions. Access Rights Review & Power BI • Contribution to the implementation of the annual access rights review process as part of an internal audit. • Definition of the review process for access to datasets, data and data applications across Data Lake & Cloud environments. • Structuring of the access validation framework for business users consuming Personal Data. • Formalization of the expected decisions during review campaigns: retain, remove or modify access rights. • Acted as the business/technical interface for the implementation of a Power BI dashboard supporting the access rights review process. • Follow-up of the Power BI reporting solution used to support the operational monitoring of access review campaigns.

• Implemented data quality control processes (CRM scope) by defining and automating validation rules (completeness, uniqueness, consistency, validity) to improve customer data reliability. • Detected, investigated, and fixed data anomalies (duplicates, outliers, reference breaks, mapping issues) through root-cause analysis with business and IT teams, and drove corrective/preventive actions. • Improved data consistency and availability by standardizing fields, harmonizing reference data, and consolidating multi-source CRM datasets to secure downstream reporting and operational processes. • Built dashboards and KPIs to monitor data quality and data-risk indicators (error rate, duplicate rate, completeness score, correction lead time, issue volume by category) for ongoing performance tracking.

• Deployment of a web platform (WordPress, OVH servers) dedicated to raising SME awareness of cyber risks. • Design and integration of an AI chatbot (Python, open-source models) enhanced through machine learning. • Implementation and securing of technical infrastructures to ensure data availability and protection. • Contribution to a high-impact public project, strengthening companies' cyber resilience (phishing, ransomware, GDPR, etc.).

• Design, development and implementation of a monitoring tool (workflow) for anomalies analysis of projects in acceptance phase.
