– lead breakdowns and quality issues resolution – ensure test and calibration means compatibility and usability – design, implement and sustain production environment applying lean and 5S methodology – implement processes and procedures to improve quality, standardization and traceability Management of the supply chain : – purchases, stock management and inventories – manage subcontractors and supplier partnerships (e.g. supply chain agreement, contractualisation, NRE) – optimize supply chain to ensure cost reduction and risk mitigation – handle exportation of the MAGNA™ instrument in EU, UK and US Complementary functions : – instrument delivery, installation and commissioning at customer site – assembly, maintenance and breakdowns resolution of optical instruments

Support production activities overseeing maintenance, resolving breakdowns and implementing lean methods – Study, design, and purchase of new equipments to meet high-quality and standardization – Implementation of a new goods-reception process to ensure traceability

Continuous improvement supporting the new slitting machine: – 6S improvement and sustainability – Productivity increase through process optimizations – Implementation of auto-recording waste scales – Troubleshooting to ensure downtime reduction – Creation of automated Excel VBA based file to ease production data analysis with control charts

Comprehensive study and analysis of all ERP modules and functionalities, emphasizing limitations. Clarifying needs and preparing a bill of specifications. Market research to assess and compare potential solutions.

Study, design of solutions for noise and vibration insulations for a new automatic production equipment.

In the prototypes area, reorganization and standardization of the production unit "stator", with application of 5S and Lean Management methods.
