Development of new sectors and enhancement of the Neoma inter national presence. - Corporate Partnerships and Fundraising: development of research-led chairs aimed at reinforcing the research and pedagogy led chairs through value-creating collaborations between academics, industry and institutional leaders at the regional and national scale, development of corporate Partnerships geared towards raising funds for various purposes: real estate, scholarship, start ups incubation, recruiting. - Entrepreneurship: managing the entire entrepreneurship process through business incubators and accelerators; in charge of enhancing processes geared towards creating, supporting and accelerating entrepreneuship amongst the students community - Leadership: definition of the vision and objectives of the Department, strategic and resources planning, budgeting, definition and implementation of the plan of activity, management of the teams to ensure motivation and effectiveness, monitoring of progresses by defining precise KPIs. - Responsible for the institutional links at the State (Ministries) and regional levels
