English below. _______________ Au travers de mon aventure professionnelle qui suit toujours son cours, j’ai pu observer le fonctionnement des entrepreneurs, leur conception de la stratégie ainsi que les méthodes qu’ils utilisent pour la déclinaison de celle-ci. En tant qu’enseignant, j’ai également pu voir comment les apprenants concevaient la notion de stratégie, ainsi que toute l’interprétation qu’ils pouvaient en faire. Mon constat général a été que les outils économiques n’étaient pas forcément employés de la même manière ou pas forcément au bon moment ; les concepts peuvent parfois être confondus ou utilisés en surface, sans vraiment aller en profondeur des choses, et donc, impossible de jouir de tous leurs potentiels. À travers La METHODE, je fais un regard croisé entre les réalités du terrain et les données théoriques des auteurs économistes et experts en management. La méthode Aquiléenne est un livre d’économie et de stratégie qui se veut à la fois « guide » du dirigeant et document « pédagogique ». Le livre est décliné en version "complète" et en version "Training book" destiné à la formation. ----- Through my professional journey, I have been able to observe how entrepreneurs operate, how they conceive their strategy, and the methods they use to implement it. As a teacher, I have also seen how learners understand the concept of strategy and the various interpretations they can make of it. My overall observation is that economic tools are not always used in the same way, or at the right time; concepts can sometimes be misunderstood or applied superficially, without truly exploring their depth, and therefore, their full potential cannot be realized. With La METHODE, I offer a cross-analysis between real-world practices and the theoretical insights of economists and management experts. "La méthode Aquiléenne" is a book on economics and strategy designed both as a practical guide for business leaders and as an educational resource.

En tant que formateur et référent de session, j'avais pour rôle de : - Développer et déployer le programme de formation - Animer les sessions de formation - Apporter aux dirigeants les outils et informations nécessaires pour monter en compétences en finance d'entreprise. ------- I have delivered training programs for company directors and business owners in finance and management control. Leading a conference on Social Economy and Solidarity

The COBEFRA Project (Project – Benin-French Cooperation for the Promotion of the Social and Solidarity Economy) was a social initiative launched by the organization ALTERNATIVES ESS to promote the Social and Solidarity Economy (SSE) in West Africa, particularly in Benin. The project involved sending SSE professionals and academics to Benin to lead conferences for students and professionals on university campuses. The project was supported by RESACOOP, an international cooperation network, the office of Deputy Clémentine Autain, the Beninese Consulate in Paris, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Benin, and several financial institutions. I had the honor of managing this project.
