Introduction

What drives me, the why: In coaching, when I witness those moments when coachees have a shift; they become more open to the flow/stillness/awareness - they integrate the head/heart/hand. With the whole being, they can see what they need to let go of and what is emerging. From there, they can find their own solutions and start making their projects a reality. In training, when my trainees dare more and they step outside of their comfort zone; they run meetings or give presentations for an international audience. In life, connecting with the beauty in the every day and every person, contributing to the well-being of all, deepening in awareness, and laughing. Since 2012, I have been running a training and coaching company delivering communication-based, confidence-building, professional English courses for middle and senior managers including CEOs in the Paris area in large and multinational companies. In 2016, I formalized and deepened my coaching capacity and have been providing solution-focused coaching services and English communication training which have coaching elements. As a coach, I hold the space for you to connect with your highest potential and build your future projects from there. This leads to shifting perspectives and as such overcoming obstacles and limiting beliefs and step by step making the vision into a reality. My training courses focus on identifying your values, speaking with authenticity, becoming centred and from there building your English communication capacity in business meetings, presentations, emails on sensitive topics, and managing teams. The courses are about learning by being AND doing. From 2019 to now, I completed Eckhart Tolle’s SOA programme, and continue to attend Presencing Institute's 'theory U' courses/labs : “a social technology to bring about profound innovation and change” In 2020, my team ran a prototype which connected leaders to their multi-intelligences and helped some to strengthen their centering practises allowing them to meet challenging situations from a place of calm and stillness. Other benefits were: co-learning, peer support, deepening self-awareness and self-mastery, increasing creativity, improving interpersonal relationships and project co-creation. I am currently participating and exploring dialogues (Bohm-inspired and others) and how to bring them into workplaces. Dialogues provide a means to increase individual and group cohesion and coherence, insights, creativity and flow; can be used to address critical issues of our times.
