Client: American Airlines (Dallas, Texas): • Development and support of FOS/CREWS operating system for pilots and flight attendants. • Development of the SIRENA operating system (Moscow, Russia), including TPF database design, programming and documentation, and Russian alphabet support for TPF. • Design and programming of automatic documentation generators, translating technical and business documents to/from Russian. • Design, programming and testing of Cyrillic support. • Design and successful implementation of an automatic generator of test scenarii. Client: SNCF (French Railroads, Lille, France). • CPOD for SNCF Coverage at Resarail Computer Center in Lille. • Management and supervision of the TPF system ; system ressources management, problem analysis and solving in real time. • Management of TPF test platforms, including the preproduction environment. • Liaison with PC Commercial and TPF system users. • Team work and round-the-clock supervision in shifts.
