Reprise de mon stage judiciaire

Assist in the negotiation, drafting, vetting and interpretation of legal documents, agreements, treaties and conventions including but not limited to: the ATI Treaty and Articles of Association, Participation Agreements with Member States, Operational manuals, Memoranda of understanding with partners, Insurance contracts, and Re-insurance agreements for and on behalf of ATI;  Assist in providing legal and technical advice to the Underwriting Department in drafting and negotiating proposed insurance policy wordings, insurance offer letters, loan agreements/documentation and other associated documents;  Assist the Underwriters in providing advice on legal implications of all insurance contracts and underlying commercial transactions;  Assist current and prospective Member States in drafting, negotiating and concluding various agreements with ATI and donors including (but not limited to) the World Bank and the African Development Bank;  Assist in liaising and coordinating with legal departments of member states, development financial institutions and other key partners;  Assist in interpreting issues related to staff contracts, partnership agreements and all other contracts to which ATI is a party;  Undertake research work in the area of law reform and development;  Assist the Human Resources Department in managing legal aspects related to staff and employment issues;  Assist in liaising and coordinating with ATI’s external legal advisors;  Maintain current knowledge of relevant laws of ATI member countries;  Assist in claims handling and determination; and  Other duties that may be assigned from time to time

Mener des recherches pour appuyer les innovations au Bureau de l’éthique et les questions liées à l’éthique. Aider à l’examen des présentations du Bureau de l’éthique et proposer des mises à jour des présentations. Élaborer des graphiques et des tableaux pour appuyer les travaux et les rapports sur l’éthique. Aider au rapprochement de la formation obligatoire sur le code d’éthique et des stages des départements. Proposer des stratégies de sensibilisation pour améliorer la conformité au Code de déontologie du siège, bureaux régionaux et nationaux de la Banque Élaborer des outils et des documents pour améliorer l’efficacité des activités de sensibilisation du Code de déontologie Aider à mettre à jour l’information sur la page intranet du Bureau de l’éthique. Conduct research to support innovations in the Ethics Office and matters related to ethics. 2. Assist with the review of the Ethics Office’s presentations and propose updates to the presentations. 3. Develop graphs, charts, and tables to support Ethics work and reports. 4. Assist with the reconciliations of the mandatory code of ethics training and the complex and departments training. 5. Propose awareness strategies to enhance compliance to the Code of Ethics of the Bank at the Headquarters, Regional and Country Offices. 6. Develop tools and materials to enhance the effectiveness of Code of Ethics sensitization activities. 7. Assist with the update of information on the Ethics Office intranet page.

L'Unité de la DG-PERS traite du droit social , du droit du travail appliqué à la fonction publique européenne, des carrières des fonctionnaires, des agents et assistants parlementaires accrédités des députés à partir du statut du fonctionnaire et de la jurisprudence s'y rapportant. En adoptant une approche pragmatique des droits fondamentaux tels que les principes d'égalité de traitement, de proportionnalité, du contradictoire, et de sollicitude. apporter une assistance juridique aux gestionnaires de l'unité ; rédiger les éléments de réponse aux réclamations ; préparer des guides de référence sur base de l'ensemble des dispositions statutaires et légales ainsi que de la jurisprudence de la Cour de Justice ; préparer des synthèses sur les dispositions de droits nationaux pour les allocations familiales. Provide legal assistance to the unit file managers; Draft explanations for responses to complaints; Prepare reference guidance on the basis of statutory and legal provisions as well as Court of Justice case law; -Managing European Parliament agent’s files on family allowances -Advice European Parliament agent’s on family allowances procedures Draft synthesis documents on national law provisions for family allowances. Sets up and manages personal files. Determines and manages the individual entitlements of officials, temporary staff, contract staff, parliamentary assistants and pensioners, i.e. it establishes, codifies and oversees basic salaries and allowances by interpreting and applying the rules in force; The DG PERS provide advice to the EP and its services on all legal questions relating to the Staff Regulations and European civil service law. In particular, the Legal Service assesses all draft replies to complaints from EP staff members. The mission of DG PERS includes the defence of the interests of the EP and of the Union in litigation before the CJUE.
