My duties are: Reserving booking for passenger and exchange of the flight date as well as refunding the ticket and promoting the flight , providing information to passengers about the delayed baggage and also as the coordinator between the baggage agent and the passenger their flight information such as their flight time and schedule change I also on sell package to the passenger on their vacation and leisure time ,I give information about immigration rules and regulation such as visa exempted countries and those countries whose citizen can obtain visa on arrival, I give information about IATA regulation upon carriage of dangerous good and other item to carried on air including Live animals, perishable good and Human remain I also work as consultant for the passenger who wants to have Round the world trip fare I assist the passenger on reserving Hotel and car rent online and making online payment when making reservation , the last but not the least i assist passenger with group booking to pleasant and convenient trip experience with airlines.
