The CFO is a pivotal member of the management and leadership team driving significant growth, with overall responsibility for all aspects of financial management and be accountable for developing, implementing and monitoring financial systems, policies and procedures. This embraces preparation and review of budgets, monthly management accounts and cash flows, company secretarial activities, cash and tax management, financing facilities. I manage and develop a team of finance professionals, supporting the finance agenda of this service delivery organisation across 3 West-African countries (Ghana, Mali and Burkina Faso).

Rudi has actively participated with Proloq in the Netherlands in creation of an attribute-driven Reference Model for the multi-dimension industries (steel, paper & pulp, textile). This Reference Model encompassed all the business functions (WHAT), business processes (HOW) and organizational needs (WHO) for a particular sector. This Reference Model was an add-on of BaaN ERP and has been used for pre-sales activities (notably by a steel company).
