Insurtech Strategy & Business Case : Support an Insurtech in framing its business case and structuring its go-to-market service offering to optimize the P&C loss ratios for insurance clients.

Project Management : Organize workshops, scope user stories and plan sprint backlogs, drive UAT, manage project governance committees (planning, backlog review, priority and criticality, arbitration). EPM consolidation & BI administration: Manage end-to-end SAP BFC administration (reports, business rules (specific IFRS15), in/out interfaces, security access), maintenance and evolutions, performance and licensing ; orchestrate data flows with Qliksense BI. EPM planning project : Deliver and deploy the group unified planning platform (SAP BPC on Hana), integrating ERP, HR, Project, and R&D systems while leveraging existing IT assets. API & EPM Integration : Manage the end-to-end integration of the EPM platform into the enterprise ecosystem (ERP, Contract Management Planisware, HR IS, and MDM), supervising API design, development, and SIT/UAT testing to validate end-to-end data integrity and full audit trail compliance. RPA (Automation Anywhere) : Automate EPM administration tasks and end-to-end IAM user provisioning by deploying RPA bots, shifting my team from manual execution to control and focusing on more added-value activities. Change Management : Drive adoption for 1,000+ users (Asia, Europe, America) ; deliver awareness sessions, training programs, multi-timezone sessions, video content, SOPs, dedicated support for go-live ; collect feedback, launch satisfaction surveys, maintain FAQ database. Finance master data : Define finance master data standards, structures, and distribution across the Alstom application landscape. Identity Access Management (IAM) : Define approval rules, user profile template, and access governance workflow to enforce segregation of duties (SOD) ; implement interface with Reporting applications streamlining role-based access control (RBAC). Team Management : Lead and upskill international and multicultural team (German, Indian, Swedish), manage workload and priorities, review performance, career and team well-being.

Reporting Process optimization (Bank) : Optimize the application support operating model and workflows for the NSFR ratio reporting platform on BFC. Cost Allocation & Chargeback Transformation (Insurance) : Lead the project to redesign and harmonize cost allocation and internal cross-charging platforms across the three insurance brands. Business Case and RFP (Insurance) : Support Business case development for B2B web based interface with ROI and operational benefits, presentation for approval in investment Executive Committee (ComEx) ; support RFP process (budget > €40M) and vendor selection. Business partnering (Bank) : Support IT Group Management Control for IT strategic transformation program (budget > €500M) to deliver B2C web client interface ; implement expenditure control and cost-monitoring framework to manage budget execution ; develop executive reporting for IT Group Finance, Group CIO and France CIO/COO.

Consolidation System Carve-out (SAP BFC) : Split consolidation application database and technical environment to ensure complete operational separation between Alstom and GE - US GAAP Reconfiguration : Update application chart of accounts, business rules, and mapping setup to align with US GAAP accounting standards - Integration & Migration : Interface reporting platform with GE core tools (Oracle HFM Consolidation, IBM data transfer, ITSM ServiceNow) Target Support Model (ITSM & IAM) : Design and deploy the post-migration operational process and support model, covering incident and change governance (ITSM) and user access provisioning (IAM) using SSO or AD user connection.

M&A Consolidation Deployment (Cegedim / Dendrite) : Design and deliver on-site training programs across Asia, Europe, and US, securing cross-regional alignment and end-user adoption. EPM planning design (L’Oréal) : Organize workshops with SME and design budget planning solution for L’Oréal Consumer Product Division (CPD) on Cognos TM1 ; write detailed functional specifications and define core tool capabilities to align system design with business requirements. EPM tax reporting implementation (Solvay) : design and implement tax proof reporting such as ad-hoc internal reporting Audit Methodology Design: Develop a structured 3-year rotational IT audit methodology dedicated to consolidation systems, ensuring full multi-year coverage of all critical IT Application Controls (ITAC) / Design and execute IT audit plans covering IT General Controls (ITGC) on Logical Access and Change Management & Application Controls (ITAC), ERP & consolidation system implementation projects and migration. Team Management : manage team > 15 pax ; lead and upskill team (junior to manager) ; plan activities, workload and priorities ; review individual performance.

Consolidation Data Collection process : Design with consolidation team to implement the data collection process for end-users to manage manual entry, data load, validation control, and integrity checks to ensure data consistency. Full-Lifecycle EPM/BI project : Lead end-to-end projects across SAP BFC (consolidation IFRS, budgeting), Analytics (BI), and PCM (cost allocation) ; manage scoping, functional and technical design, build, UAT, training, and deployment with post go-live support. System Integration & Interface : Design and deploy automated data interfaces connecting upstream sources (ERPs, HR, CRM) to core EPM and BI platforms. Data & System Migration : Define and execute end-to-end migration strategy ; drive historical data recovery and data cleansing ; execute data validation controls (static and dynamic) to guarantee system-wide data integrity. Design project scoping & business requirements, define and write detailed functional specifications for the financial reporting platform (planning and BI). Integrate the platform into the corporate IT ecosystem, enforcing Master Data Management (MDM) protocols, user access governance, and security controls. Support parallel run and go live ; deliver training and material, manage helpdesk for end-user Structure post-project support processes and hypercare procedures to assist business users.
