Established the then-largest Real World Asset (RWA) pool in any blockchain protocol: $1.2bn in US Treasury Bonds collateralizing a MakerDAO DAI vault. – Delivered a fully operational loan collateralization application in under 3 months with a 5-person senior team. – Architecture spanned Web3, Solidity smart contracts, and a web application — with full BA, project management, and hands-on development. – Generated over 50% of MakerDAO's protocol revenue at peak.

Architected and built the first Layer Two state channel protocol on Ethereum's public mainnet, solving what was then the fundamental scaling problem in blockchain: 15 TPS and 45-second block times. – Increased FunFair's effective throughput from 15 TPS to tens of thousands, with real-time turn-by-turn game mechanics — technically impossible before this work. – Kickstarted the Layer Two ecosystem; the protocols and patterns pioneered here now underpin >$20bn in active projects. – Managed a development team of up to 30 engineers with a $40m budget. – Contributor to Ethereum core and MetaMask. – Oversaw the creation of a new Dublin engineering office.
