•Continuous communication with suppliers via phone and email: initial order planning and acknowledgement, tracking, shipping discrepancies, invoice errors, quality issues and inbound freight management •Communicate effectively with Multiple Stake Holders to ensure timely communication of part supply •Collaborate with Supply Chain Planners and Demand Planning to continuously improve forecast and order portfolios to the supplier •Maintain strong supplier relationships •Placing purchase orders as necessary, ensuring we've ordered the right supplies for the job and maintaining optimal inventory levels •Review and Challenge Supplier for PO acknowledgements, deliveries and solve queries being the first point of contact •Make sure POs are being delivered on time without any expediting/premium charges or restocking fees •Responsible for all system transactions to execute purchasing transactions: order requirement, scheduling and placement •Coordinate inventory management efforts, work cross-functionally to optimize inventory levels to support on time delivery •Place intercompany Transfer Orders evaluating stock • Challenging/negotiating prices, MOQ/MBQ, LTs and Net Payment Term discrepancies • RFQ • Expediting orders to cover gap/infill • Invoice resolution, Credit/Incoterm challenges

• Monitoring interns’ day to day tasks. • Following up with the interns’ clients. • Preparing and checking proposals for the clients. • Helping interns reach their targets for the team
