As EMEA Legal Manager, I am involved in a wide range of general commercial and strategic matters across a variety of operational legal issues by providing professional, timely, and useful legal advice and services in all European countries, Middle East and South of Africa Region . I implemented the contractual policy drafting contract templates in order to assist the business on a daily basis. I advise the business teams on all activities providing legal advice : - analysis of legal documentation of tenders in order to manage the risks, - drafting, analyzing and reviewing the documentation implemented the contractual policy drafting contract templates in order to assist the business on a daily basis. I successfully managed two reorganizations including the transfer of all commercial contracts by providing teams with all the appropriate legal documentation

- Advising the board regarding the development of new activities in compliance with regulation, insurance and liability, real estate and intellectual property matters - Negotiating all commercial contracts: service contracts including intragroup contracts - Negotiating and drafting provider’s contracts (procurements, IT i.e license, hosting, outsourcing agreements…) - M&A, deal structures, negotiations, letter of intent, due diligence, share purchase and shareholders agreements in close collaboration with the finance department - Corporate governance: handling a portfolio of subsidiaries, general assemblies => Achievements: Co real estate deal of 43 M€ though an investment fund – drafting and negotiation of legal documentation in a very short time limit (creation of adhoc companies, drafting of contracts…)

Working in a complex environment and interacting with multiple internal and external stakeholders, my role is to provide legal advice within Risk & Quality Department and to accompany my internal clients on all aspects of their contractual relationships Responsibilities: • Drafting, negotiation, review of a variety of complex business contracts from clients and suppliers in areas of regulatory activities ( audit and advisory services), technology, data privacy, general commercial contracting; • Providing legal support for all aspects of the company's business, including general corporate matters, project development, review of tender documentation; • Advising on various business activities from a legal and risk management perspective; • Maintaining and updating company’s contracts database.
