We have been assigned a business intelligence project that consists in three sprints which aim to explore a data set, analyze and treat it, then extract useful information from it. The dataset that we have been assigned is the database of the Recall Test Insulin. As a first step of the process : - Extracting all possible information concerning insulin tests. - Defining the business objectives. - Generating the technical requirements specification. The second step is designing the data warehouse : - Creating the data warehouse, then building it leading to the internal data integration using Talend and PostgreSQL. This data warehouse would stock the customers data concerning prescriptions, insulin prescribed and customers specialities in a coherent integrated way. The next step is the data analysis phase : - Detailing the process of data exploration using analytic tools, such as R Programming Language and Python, where the decision makers can trace the variability of different intensions when it comes to insulin types, therapy area and have a global idea of the evolution of the prescriptions provided by differents customers through a simple readable interface. - Implementing a variety of techniques to analyze historical and present facts in order to make predictions about the future. The most important part for customers is the dataviz : - Visualizing data by implementing dashboards connected directly to the data warehouse using Microsoft Power BI. - Conducting a comparative study between internal and external data by extracting some data from web using Python for web scrapping and Mongodb to store the external data into it, then implementing dashboards linked to them.

Designing and implementation of a data warehouse for the BIAT ( International arab bank of Tunisia) using Microsoft SQL SERVER for the supply of the database, Power BI for the dataviz ( Reporting ) and R programming language for the data analysis .

This project consists in designing and developing a website of job board offering many services using .Net , Java EE, Sharepoint and Microsoft SQL server for the database. We were asked to realize this project's management following the scrum methodology .
