Analyze demand patterns and create a demand construct at SKU level using Time series Forecasting models Review historical sales trends, research demand drivers, prepare forecast data, develop statistical forecast models, and evaluate forecast results Lead cross-functional projects using advanced data modelling and analysis techniques to discover insights that will guide strategic decisions and uncover optimization opportunities Communicate requirements and guidelines to regional & global business unit planning teams and work with partner management teams to assure supply of spare parts for end user demand Responsible for the execution of advanced analytical and modelling techniques to determine when KPIs are out of acceptable tolerances, determine root causes and identify unfavourable trends requiring attention to ensure adequate service levels throughout the supply chain.

Demand Planning & Forecasting of Global Spares Parts using Servigistics Gather information from internal / external sources of Commercial Aviation Industry to derive Market Intelligence to aid Forecasting Process & Accuracy Optimize the Inventory by collaborating with the upstream/downstream stakeholders in the supply chain Identify and analyze the spares Supply Chain process constraints to derive the best possible solution Continuously work on improving forecast accuracy and optimizations of errors(MAPE) Proactively identify and collaboratively work with cross functional teams for supply chain optimization projects and provide analytical solutions Build and nurture the relationship with up chain (supply organizations), down chain (Global Supply Planners) and across the chain (IT) stakeholders Provide forecast trend analysis and demand planning forecast modeling; as required; explore most appropriate plans of action for inventory control, productivity and profitability.
