Support the NOY offshore wind project during the transition from Siemens Gamesa to Siemens Energy, ensuring continuity of HSE coordination, including onboarding a new HSE Coordinator. Key contributions included HSE and ERP updates, Safety Days organization, Enablon reporting and KPI tracking, RAMS reviews, QHSE action management, and ongoing QHSE communication, training, and Zero Harm support for site teams.

Under a contract with CAP, support organizations in the digitalization of QHSE processes to strengthen risk management, operational performance, and decision-making in complex, high-risk environments. My work focuses on transforming QHSE management systems (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001) into efficient, user-oriented digital workflows, covering risk assessments, incident management, audits, KPIs, and reporting. This enables reliable, real-time, risk-based decision-making and supports sustainable performance beyond compliance.

Support major European wind energy clients (Siemens Gamesa, ENERCON, Nordex, Vestas, GE Vernova) through permanent and interim assignments across installation, commissioning, and maintenance phases. Provide QHSE engineering and coordination on onshore and offshore projects, including Electrical Organization, implementation of client HSE programs, risk assessments, audit and inspection, permit to work, and safe execution of critical/HIPO activities (lifting, electrical works, installation, commissioning, maintenance). Prepare and update key HSE documentation (HSE Plans, RAMS, DUERP, PPSPS), conducted site inspections, supported incident investigations and reporting, and contributed to strengthening safety culture and regulatory compliance.
