* Consultant for Accor on ACCeS project within the Digital Factory: Migration of Accor’s Contact Centers to Amazon Connect. - Macro-design: translated new business needs into functional and technical specifications. - Developed custom event driven solutions plugged into the Amazon Connect instances in different regions with AWS Lambda functions in NodeJS, DynamoDB tables, S3 buckets using Terraform. - Amazon Lex Enablement: designed and developed conversational bots with Amazon Lex and custom bots performance improvements with lambda functions. - Designed and configured an advanced custom dashboarding solution to track Lex bots performance using Cloudformation, lambda functions and metric filters on CloudWatch.
