As an Embedded System Engineer at Dosepack India LLP, I designed circuits and power management for line-following robots, achieving 98% path-following accuracy. I specialized in optimizing stepper, BLDC, and DC motors and their drivers, along with designing and troubleshooting sensor driver circuits. I also designed and optimized small battery packs with protection and monitoring features. My responsibilities included designing multilayer PCBs with Altium and Pads Professional, ensuring EMI/EMC compliance, and creating detailed documentation and BoM files. I developed sensor and motor testing environments on STM32, Arduino, and Silicon Labs microcontrollers, including basic firmware, and gained hands-on experience in assembling and troubleshooting diverse PCBs.

As a Jr. Power Engineer at Crear Electronics Pvt. Ltd., I focused on developing cost-effective solutions for client-oriented product customization, optimizing performance, and meeting specific requirements. I gained experience programming Pick and Place PCB assembly machines and assembling PCBs using automated machinery. Additionally, I managed product installations at client sites, led installation teams, and measured product performance to generate detailed reports.
